EyeOnWater

EyeOnWater gives you direct access to your own water usage data and provides tools to help manage your water usage. 

We suggest you create an EyeOnWater account so you can see your hourly, daily and monthly water use. You can also set up leak alerts. A leak must be going on for a full 24 hours before you will get an alert. 

LPRW staff periodically reviews unusual water use patterns, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to monitor their own account. Please take advantage of the leak alert feature with EyeOnWater to receive the fastest notification of leaks.

After creating an account, you can download an app through Google Play or the Apple Store.

Setting up your account

Visit EyeOnWater on your computer using a supported web browser.

You will need to enter 56149 as the zip code. Under Service Account number you will enter your designated eye on water account number.    

EyeOnWater will locate your account. If everything is correct click Next. If not, please contact our office.

Fill in your name and email address and create a password. Accept terms of agreement – click next.

Go to your email and open your email from EyeonWater there will be a little paragraph welcoming you and then the email will say "click here to verify email" put in your email address and password and you will be directed to your EyeonWater page.  If you did not receive an email double check to make sure it didn’t go into your Spam folder. After you have confirmed your account you will be able to use your user email address and password to log in.

If you have more than one account you can attach all accounts  to the same email address.  If you need assistance with this call the office.
