“Due to improved conditions in the Minnesota River watershed, the DNR has downgraded the Drought Phase status to Drought Watch Phase. The DNR encourages water conservation on an ongoing basis. You can find more information about the Statewide Drought Plan and drought information on the DNR’s drought website.”
